Yesterday my mother and I have scheduled massages with Nilsa. My mom, 70, and I, 38, have bad arthritis, numerous surgeries etc. Needless to say, we’re both in quite a bit of pain constantly. After just one session with Nilsa, we were both pain-free! Absolutely the best massage therapist either of us has ever been to. She is so super nice!! I had to send this message. I just finished my first appointment back in months. I am so pleased and happy with you, it’s hard to explain.
First of all, the measures you are taking to assure that both the stylists and I are safe was just amazing. I felt secure and relaxed in the salon itself. The measures taken to make sure everything was sanitized were above and beyond my expectations. First of all, meeting me outside to prescreen was great, then entering the salon and noting that every stylist had a pod to themselves was amazing.
I also have to say that suspending the discounts for now just makes sense to me. I am so relieved that you made it through the pandemic, the least I can do as a loyal customer is pay full price so your business can recover from these extremely unusual times, and the Covid 19 fee seems fair to me. If you’re using that money to continue sanitizing everything, cutting back on the number of stylists on duty at one time, taking my temperature outside, and making sure I was. my hands coming in and sanitize my hands going out, then PLEASE feel free to charge me!
